JLWA releases Pennsylvania Storm Response Report
James Lee Witt and a team of transportation and emergency management experts participated in a press conference at the Pennsylvania State Capitol.
The Independent Report on the Mid-February 2007 Winter Storm was released in a 12 noon press conference with Governor Edward G. Rendell and James Lee Witt, CEO of James Lee Witt Associates.
