NEW YORK —January 7, 2010 —SafirRosetti, a division of GlobalOptions Inc (NASDAQ: GLOI), a leading provider of security and technology solutions, today announced several key executive appointments in the Company’s Technology Design Consulting practice that will further enable SafirRosetti to integrate and expand its business.

The executive appointments below are effective immediately.

• Sandor Zirulnik, a Senior Managing Director of SafirRosetti, has been promoted to Executive Vice President responsible for management of the Technology Design Consulting practice, which has offices in Dallas, Oakland, Seattle, Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York City.  Zirulnik managed the Western Regional Offices since joining SafirRosetti in 2007.  Previously he was the owner of On Line Consulting Services for more than twenty years, until it was acquired by SafirRosetti.

• Matthew Wharton has been promoted to Market Leader for large clients and projects in both the public and private sectors.   Wharton, who managed the TDC Practice through 2009, will focus on the growth of the Practice through new business development initiatives and maintenance of SafirRosetti's long-term relationships with their loyal clientele.
