Thomas Ondeck, President of Global International, has been solving international problems for clients for thirty years.
At Global International, Mr. Ondeck heads multi-
disciplinary crisis management
teams comprised
of investigatory, legal, government relations, and
public relations experts.
He has dealt with national and international crises, including: assisting
companies besieged by activist and hate groups; plaintiffs’ product
liability litigation campaigns;
the financial impact of violence in Southeast Asia; threats against
multinational businesses by organized criminal elements in the former Soviet
Union; extortive litigation involving misuse of the U.S. civil RICO statute
by business competitors; and asset looting in Latin America.
Mr. Ondeck also heads Global International’s investigative and business intelligence practice areas. He supervises Global International’s litigation support investigations for and with law firms. In so doing, Mr. Ondeck’s substantial experience as a litigator enables him to quickly reach the core of clients’ investigative needs, and ensure that their needs are fully met. Mr. Ondeck also spearheads Global International’s investigative services for corporations, including due diligence investigations in connection with corporate acquisitions, and internal corporate investigations into potential theft of assets, identity misrepresentation, and fraud.
Following military service in the White House where he was an aide to President Nixon, Mr. Ondeck began a career in law as a partner with two international law firms. Mr. Ondeck’s legal specialty was international transactions and litigation. He represented the U.S. and foreign companies in over 100 corporations before U.S. courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court, and international judicial tribunals. He won numerous major cases, including several landmark decisions establishing new precedents in international law.
Mr. Ondeck has a Juris Doctor and master's of International Law degrees from Georgetown University, where he was Editor of the Georgetown Law Journal. He is a member of the Board of the Worldwide Anti-Criminal and Anti-Terrorist Forum. He has been listed in Who’s Who in America.
